Requirements to rent from Liberty

• Must be 21 or older.  (There is a surcharge for under 25)

• Must have a valid State Issued Driver's License with motorcycle endorsement in the Renter's Name.  For overseas renters with state issued licenses from their country of origin, they must have an English Verbiage Translation ON THE LICENSE ITSELF.  Due to insurance requirements, we currently do not accept the "international driver's license" or any translation or supplement.

• Must have a major credit card in the name of the driver of the motorcycle which can be authorized for the full amount of rental PLUS security deposit.

• Must possess the skills, knowledge and ability to operate a heavyweight motorcycle.

• Must possess or acquire proper riding equipment.

• Passengers must be present at time of rental and must sign additional paperwork

• Additional drivers, if any, must be present at time of rental and must sign additional paperwork.  The primary driver of each motorcycle MUST have a credit card in their name to rent a bike.  DEBIT/CHECK CARDS CANNOT BE USED TO RENT A HARLEY-DAVIDSON from Liberty Harley-Davidson.  No Cash Deposits will be accepted under any circumstances.
