• Be 21 years of age or older

• Present a valid drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement

• Possess a credit card which can be authorized for the required Security Deposit*

Rental Rates:

• $149/day

• $399/3 day rate ($133/day)

• $861/week ($123/day)

• Unlimited Miles

• 24-Hour Rental Period

• Helmets for Driver and Passenger

• Raingear

Optional Coverages are available at an additional daily charge:

Damage Waiver
~VIP Coverage - $18/Day
   Lowers Theft and Damage Deductible to $2,000
~ Enhanced VIP Coverage - $24/Day
   Lowers Theft and Damage Deductible to $1,000

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) - $24.95/Day

GPS Units may also be available for an additional daily charge.  Inquire for availability.

Did you know if you have a Harley-Davidson Extended Service Contract, and your bike is in our shop for a covered event, your contract may include a Rental Bike?  Ask our Service Manager for details!

Return Policy
A rental day is 24 hours. A $25 per hour late charge will apply if the motorcycle is returned late. NO REFUNDS for early returns or cancellations.

Booking Terms
· Reservations must be paid in full to guarantee rate and rental date.
· Reservations are non-refundable.
· Trip cancellation insurance can be purchased at www.eaglerider.com
· Rental rates and models vary by location and season.
· Rainchecks may be available.

*Security Deposit
A security Deposit will be authorized on your credit card at pick-up.

• If EVIP is purchased - $1,000

• If VIP is purchaed - $2,000

• If no damage waiver is purchased - $3,000

The nature of the rental business means that we must reserve the right to substitute models due to changes in availability.  We will make every effort to supply you with the bike you request, but please understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, a last-minute substitution may be made.
